Web Page Design
I have been involved in designing webpages since the Internet took off in the mid-90s. Using a free webpage account on the web, I have developed my skills in HTML. My web editor of choice is Notepad, which allows me to design webpages exactly how I want it and to optimise the code. With the advent of broadband, webpages are starting to use Flash. My Flash sections are developed using a tool called Swish, which allows the easy creation of Flash effects such as text transformations and animations.
This has led me to lend my skills in developing webpages for others. One such page was Lough Mannagh House, formerly a webpage showcasing a holiday home in Ireland. Developed using a mixture of Notepad and Dreamweaver, this site comprised standard HTML with a hint of Flash.
